Sec. 8 (h) (i) of the Decree under which the (original) Fiji First Party objected to the registration of Bainimarama's party only requires an EXISTING party –and not a registered one – the law is clear as crystal.

WHY is FLP leader Mahendra Chaudhry all zipped up on the original Fiji First Party, for after all, he was the sole objector to the party's registration? His objections were thrown out by the then
Supervisor of Elections Felicity Heffernan

The law might be crystal clear but not for the Dictator because the law does not apply to him or his stolen party name.

Mahen must be supporting Bainimarama's Fiji First Party and that is why he is so quite about Fiji 1st Party that he opposed.

This must be a victory for Chaudhry for Aiyaz stealing Fiji 1st Party that Chaudhry failed to stop its existence, hence his objections has been fulfilled by Aiyaz and Frank.

I did not realise how conniving politician Chaudhry is.

I wonder why he hates Fiji 1st POarty of the refugees who returned him to parlimaent and country to democracy via Chandrika Prasad case in 2000.

These are the people who fought Chaudhry's political battle in Court so what really is the problem... can someone please explain?
