Mua was removed from Manuweni College and placed at the Ministry of Education in 2005 for "making a girl climb on the table to wipe the ceiling fan and he was from underneath peeping at her panty". Because he was able to bribe the Education Officers, he was able to remain in the Education Office and become an education officer in the Fiji teachers registration board. Reddy got scared of him (Mua) at the beginning of the year. He (Mua) was given an immediate transfer letter to resume at the Drug and Substance Abuse office. Mua used his connections at the Prime Ministers Office and Reddy received orders to put a stay to the transfer! Reddy's good buddy (chamca) Yogesh Krishna and the inexperienced PEMAC HOD is the Principal Education Officer. He never prepared, marked or analyzed exam results at the school level so imagine the National results. Reddy made a statement in the media telling that Form 7, Year 13 results are out and there is a 100% pass rate. He later changed tune, telling the media it was a mistake but all students have qualified to enter university. Fijileaks to Reddy: 1) An aggregate of 200/250 is required to enter the university. An aggregate is English plus best 3 subjects. 2). An analysis of the result shows that more than 50% of the students have failed English. So how can, MR EDUCATION MINISTER, all students go to university? Fijileaks: More to follow!

Well, Mexican writer and historian, Paco Ignacio Taibo 'tiene razon': he is right. His once beautiful country Mexico is indeed "a pile of crap" and we are glad that we remember it as it used to be. Impunity has "done" for it like Honduras, where the murder rate is the highest recorded in the world in Tegucigalpa. There have been times in Fiji in the past eight to twelve years where one had an eye glued closely to Honduras and its neighbours. Mexico is a much larger country but at least five States are simply running out of control of civil authority due to a toxic mix of drug cartels, rivalry between them, impunity for all kinds of violent crime including trafficking of people, rapes and outright murder. Despite this, one or two very brave women have stood as mayor in towns adjacent to the US/Mexico border. At least one has been summarily murdered for her pains. Nadi Town has suffered a spate of murders since mid-2006. Most have been associated with organised crime. Impunity and corruption played a role in all these deaths. Yet the local media eschewed its duty to investigate and to tenaciously follow through. The web of corruption was quite clearly evident throughout and the targeted threats continued apace for at least five years unabated.

In all the gibberish Rajen Naidu posts, this one i can understand. Monster Reddy is unworthy. Its a pity that authority resides in him. We should also pity those who gave the authority to Monster Reddy, Khaiyum and Frank to be specific. We should have greater pity for those who gave authority to Khaiyum and Frank in the first place, for they are clearly unworthy of it.

What gibberish yaar! Nobody gave Khaiyum and Frank the authority. They gave themselves the authority - which includes giving their lackeys like Reddy the authority. Hope A hole can understand this.

Laand forgets there was election in 2014. They got their authority from that. Pity those who voted for them. I hope laand dont forget that hole behindhis laand is his "A". Laand look like supporta of Rajend Naidu. Ask him to write about members of Election Commission, especially why one laand called Vijay Naidu joined the Commission. No gibberish.

The Dictator of Fiji Frank Bainimarama not only has peeping toms as mates, he has turned Fiji into a surveillance society so he has his secret agents ( mates from the military ) keeping a tab on everyone, especially critics and opponents . He also has murderers as mates apart from corrupt state officials who he has installed and thieving business mates who bankroll and bribe him. He has a good line up of sycophants as his mates who make out the sun shines out of Bainimarama's cassava patch dash backside.

This Mua fala case is a reminder that not only the dictator Frank Bainimarama but his close mates/ cronies are exempt from the rules that apply to others in the " new Fiji " where everyone is " equal ". These scoundrels can get away with anything and they have.

Yes Dekho. Is Tiko the best person for PS ? What relevant qualifications and experience does he have? What do the two teachers unions have to say about this appointment? What does the Fiji principals' association think about this? What does the Cabinet say about this? What does the acting PS ( Kelera think about this ? Surely, for a very vital and strategic ministry of our country, we must have the very best minds and hearts at its helm. So I ask again, what does the country say about this?

All the democratic institutions and procedural requirements are merely for show to convince the international community that " democracy has returned to Fiji ". The reality is that the Bainimarama- Khaiyum dictatorship has only changed in name with the accompanying democratic paraphernalia .

in American Samoa, the schools are encouraged to give every student a pass. They call this "Leave no child behind".
