Fijileaks: What do you expect from "Childrens Minister" who got 990 votes under Khaiyum's skewed D'Hondt Electoral System running Fiji

AIYAZ KHAIYUM HAS TURNED FIJI INTO HIS OWN "GOONDA RAAJ" with a stellar rogue of chamchas - inside and outside - mostly Indo-Fijians; the granting of dual citizenship is both a carrot and a stick - "if you dare to criticize us, we will strip you off the dual citizenship"

"Under Bainimarama's dictatorship assaults, child abuse, domestic violence, rape, have increased, with more of Bainimarama and Khaiyum's family and friends getting away with criminal acts that other ordinary Fijians get arrested for, beaten-up and sent to jail! This is another prime example of  NO "Equal Citizenry" and No rule-of-law, and more lies under Frank Bainimarama!" Truth4Fiji website

When you have Goonda Raaj in the country the Goondas - both local and international - will flock together because they are birds of the same feather. I am not in the least bit surprised if this India Indian Goonda Chota Rajan was holed up in Franks Fiji. Providing refuge to thugs is the speciality of the Fiji First Theft Party Government of coupist Bainimarama and failed lawyer Khaiyum.

I rather see my child happy and safe on the streets than to see him/her beaten to a pulp by a teacher in school - dear madam Rosy with 900 votes.

The 1997 Constitution Lives...

If Khaiyun wants to prove his FRAUD 2013 Constitution any, even slightly, better than the much loved Peoples’ 1997 Constitution than Khaiyum needs to FIRE and FRY this monster, pretend, teacher Sashi Kumar now, now.

The world needs to know if Khaiyum’s FRAUD 2013 Constitution stands to protect the Rights of the Child - as did the Peoples’ 1997 Constitution - and as per the landmark decision of late Justice Jayant Prakash - which banned corporal punishment.

And as the Minister of Justice (as well as Finance and many other things) Khaiyum, simply needs to prove to the world, he respects (and is not above) the ‘rule of law’. OR else…what?

The presence and influence of Indian Organised Crime in Fiji became obvious when a spate of murders of local business people took place in Nadi from September 2006. A succession of killings some at the very doorstep of their homes, threats to abduct and/or kill citizens living in the peri-Nadi area and even the escape of one alleged perpetrator from outside court in Lautoka while Police and Corrections were in charge of returning him to Natabua, made it evident that a network extended across the country. The media were frequently alerted and so were Nadi and Lautoka Police over at least five years of the constant threats and harassment. Scarcely an eyebrow was raised in response let alone a pen or complaint pad. This failure to respond to justified concerns led to the emigration of a number dof Nadi-based business men and women. It did not seem safe to remain in such a climate and children were having to be escorted to and from school by private security guards to prevent abduction or worse. The Duty to Protect is sacrosanct: or should be. Why conduct business in such a climate of 24hr threat if another country will make one's investment and effort welcome? Drugs and human trafficking are evidenced when organised criminals feel they may flourish under cover and may bribe any official they choose to target with consummate ease. It is a short step then to rapes and violent abductions through home invasions: seldom random in such a landscape.

Why Not?

Why shouldn't the teacher get away with physical abuse when the police have gotten away with murder? The Law/DPP/Police are tasked with enforcing the law are selective on who to prosecute with what in Fiji.

The thug life of a dictator is nothing new, at the expense of children who are in places that they're not supposed to be besides home.
