Fijileaks: In 2016, when we confronted him with evidence that, on 17 July 2014, Goundar Shipping Ltd had obtained over $2million in loan from the BANK OF SOUTH PACIFIC Ltd, he tersely told us to: "Mind Your Own Business."
We had called his bluff, informing him that he was lying when he stated that it was his wife INDRA GOUNDAR who was bankrolling his shipping empire from Canada

We wonder if the $2million obtained from the Bank of the South Pacific in July 2014 was transferred into the account of N & J Mechanical Distributors in Canada. This company was registered in August 2014. His wife Indra Goundar was Assistant Secretary of the Canadian company that purchased the Queen of Chilliwack and sold it onto to Goundar

This is the corporate disclosure record of N & J Mechanical Distributors, the company which sold the Queen of Chilliwack to Mr. Goundar. I do not know the relationship between him and the Assistant Secretary of the Company, Indra Goundar.
