SO YOU STILL ALIVE AND TALKING, BERLIN KAFOA? When will YOU answer questions sent to you by Fijileaks regarding FNU Visa Card fraud allegations against you; gutless media should confront you for answers!

WHAT Jannif had told FNU Council (from Minute Notes): "In spite of assurances given to Council by AVC, the matter has not been resolved. FNU has received a letter from EU claiming F$6m..."

Professor Ian Rouse has been allowed to leave FIJI; is FNU chairman Ikbal Jannif, Frank Bainimarama and Aiyaz Khaiyum, shielding YOU, Kafoa, from FICAC?; As you are aware, European Union is demanding $6million from Fiji School of Medicine BACK - and you and Rouse are alleged to be the principal CULPRITS!

Under Fiji First Theft Party thug rule assorted varieties of conman and woman thrive. Kafoa is one among many.

Narayan Reddy asked don't we have locals who can fill permanent secretary positions ? ( Fiji Times 7/01 )
Hiring expatriates as PS is the Fiji First Theft Party government's way of putting Fiji first! Fiji should get an expatriate to be PM because the current one is not qualified!

It is very clear about letting Rouse fly away-the money in question is in kai's possesion and that is the reason othes at FNU are safe.

Step down aiyaz, you have done enough damage

As the stakes rise, it will be Fiji First (Party) for expat others as seen here with these new PSs. It rubbishes Min. Reddy's bold statement about Teachers that 'unless you have the relevant background qualification you wont get the job teaching something else' - the application of MBAs and other degrees. Now we have a Merchant Banker & Accountant to be PS Infrastructure & Transport and a retired Colonel to boot!!...oh i get it, Govt's. run out of local medal holders!! That new PS for Youth & Sports all the way from UK; Epeli Lagiloa would not only have more skills, but would have cost us just a fraction of the going price. Fiji Fir, i just remembered something about getting rid of colonial hangovers

Matter of Fact

It is now widely known that there are 3 rules at FNU. One is for us, ordinary staff. One innocent slip and we are gone. Fired. Another rule for senior people and expatriates like Ian rouse and Berlin Kafoa. You can come, steal, go to work at Rugby union and be paid by FNU, use credit cards for fun, etc. Audit will be done, but Council and Janiff will take no action because they are senior people or expatriates. Then there is a 3rd rule - for FICAC and police. They will not go against those who are criminals and where fraud is clearly established if the people involved are close to Bainimarama or Kaiyum. This is the FNU which once our own Mahen Reddy, and Kaiyum have created.
