I know we have in the English language a word called 'inauthentic'. I didn't know we also had 'unauthentic'. Can somebody authenticate that? But there is a word called 'unbelievable'. And that is what the FICAC and Fiji Sun claim is - unbelievable! Neither FICAC nor Fiji Sun have have been independent. They have been on the side of the Bainimarama regime, in which Dr Neil Sharma was an incompetent and crook minister, using his unelected position to fill his pocket and that of his cronies.

Does anyone know where the two (Nandni and Jyoti) earned their 'journalism' credentials from? That academy should be ashamed of the caliber of their alumnus. The Fiji Sun has also probably contributed a lot to the rot of their standards.

Find out how many jobs did Nandini get fired from for being a pathetic non performer. You will be surprised. I know she couldn't complete a single report on time for an organization she was working for before Fiji Sun. Naturally Fiji Sun recruits non performers and the sister organizations follow Fiji Sun anyway.

It is a known fact that FICAC was set up persecute regime opponents to support smooth operations of the regime. And that has happened big time. The unsuspecting people of this country began to think that FICAC will assist fairly to resolve their longstanding issues and the absence appropriate mechanisms to address those led them to approach FICAC with confidence.

If anything,, this was false hope, people of Fiji. The meet and greet is good, the offices are good, the software system is good as is the record of every followups. BUT WHAT ABOUT SUCCESSFUL AND FAIR RESOLUTIONS?
The complaints of the general public take the back burner as opposed to the politically motivated complaints of the authorities.

The staff feel obliged to twist, lie and defend the indefinsible to please their master and retain their jobs. It can be said that these young staff like Vandana lack integrity, professionalism , education etc.

But what about the Deputy Commisioner of FICAC? Why is he allowing to be stage-managed by Kaiyum. Being trained in disciplinary forces what attributes he posseses so that the general population look up to him and the organisation he leads. Is it not a credibility and ethical question?

How many lies will need to told to protect one lie? The Day of judgement will come and maybe that will be the only relief the bulk of the population will get in terms of their complaints to FICAC.

Ooi, Letz not beat-up this little girl, Nandni, over the top, unnecessarily.

She is doing a fine good job for what she is employed to do – produce propaganda for this Rigged Regime, make the ugly look good and in this instance She was asked to do the first-aid and sanitize the Rigged Regime’s ‘Healthgate’ wound. So she does the only thing she could, which was to ‘unauthenticize’ the reality, meaning LIE.

Nandni / Jyoti are not our root problem but symptoms of a very SICK media.

Media has a responsibility to inform their readers, listeners and viewers, of important issues –Truthfully, Accurately and Fairly (and without bias and in a balanced manner). Those are the standards – You be the judge!

We say Fiji Sun is bad but how good is Fiji Times? Similarly, how are the performances of other media like radio and TV doing to filling-in the void –of asking the right questions?

And you think that fijileaks and coup4.5 are objective, balanced and fair. C4.5 would stoop down to any level to discredit the present regime even shamefully linking the random death of an Australian tourist as being the handiwork of the current regime and casting aspersions about the present police commissioner. It may be true that mainstream media (Fiji Times, Fijilive, Fijivillage, Fiji Sun) are constrained in reporting the whole story for fear of being victimised by the regime. We expect and support the fringe media (Fijileaks, Coup4.5) to fill in the breach and report the full story. But are they doing that job or peddling one sided, parochial, anti-regime propaganda. We don't begrudge your right to report but pls ensure that such reporting is objective, balanced and fair.
