Who conducted the workshop? Are DPP and Police Prosecutors so bad that on the day they were supposed to prosecute Bala, they had to be sent on judicial training workshop? The ready motormouth so-called Law and Order Minister Khaiyum must provide answer to the general and mostly law-abiding public! What is so SPECIAL about Parveen Bala that a bloody Judicial Workshop was more important than his TRIAL? Since Bala will be freed in a stage-managed trial, let this killer GO FREE NOW, instead of subjecting his victim's widow and her three children to further anger, helplessness, stress, pain and humiliation until June 2016;
Fijileaks to FFP government defenders: How would you have felt or reacted if every time this Bala was summoned to appear in court charged with killing one of your own family members, either the magistrate was hiding in sugarcane fields or in this instance, the entire judiciary (including State prosecutors) were sent on some dubious judicial training workshop?

Oh, no, another example - after getting rid of ACP Brown; Qiliho will be appointed to make sure that Bainimarama, Khaiyum and other cronies never face justice and come election time, he will decree that Fiji is not ready for a general election given the law and order situation in Fiji, just like when he asked that deposed PM Qarase be confined to Mavana after the 2006 treasonous coup; after all Qiliho fears trial for he is one of the most vile human rights abuser since 2006:
