TWEET BLACKOUT: After a series of controversial tweets and assertions that he will tweet whatever he likes, Saneem has blocked his tweet account - only confirmed followers of his can have access to his thoughts

*The Fiji Appeals Court judges (the president of the Court of Appeal, Justice William Calanchini, Justice Almeida Guneratne and Justice David Alfred) also conclude saying the time limits of 3 days after objections to proceed with the candidate draw ends at midnight on the 3rd day and NOT at 4pm as argued by Mohammed Saneem who had proceeded to conduct the draw for the 2014 General Election, without hearing the result of the Commissions deliberations

* That decision of Saneem with legal advice from the SG’s Office, allowed the entry of Fiji First Minister Parveen Bala to be a candidate for  Bainimarama-Khaiyum's party; the Electoral Commission had ruled that Bala was not eligible to stand for election

OBEY ORDERS: The Fiji Court of Appeal also rules that Saneem must comply with all decisions and directions given to him concerning the performance of his functions by the Electoral Commission, meaning he must not take instructions and directions from Aiyaz Sayed Khaiyum

"TOPPI WALLAH" had got involved in the dispute between Election Supervisor and Election Commission criticizing the Commission for getting independent legal advice other than his Solicitor-General. He had also welcomed the High Court judgment in favour of Saneem, attracting mild rebuke from  Professor Crosbie Walsh in his pro-regime blogsite

Reflecting on that email of mine to that lackey SOE, Saneem, at that moment in time - I was ANGRY, bro. As angry, as anyone would be, if something we cherish was STOLEN from us with stealth and worse when we helplessly know who the THIEVES are. The sheer gross injustice of that is simply not right. Even now, I stick with my convictions of that email.

IT goes without saying but I say it anyway, repeatedly and often very Loudly. And I say it proudly, with my head-up, with absolute conviction and utmost certainty.

And I say this and you can quote me, “Bainimarama and Khaiyum are planet earth’s most pitiable Intellectual Property Thieves (CHORS) - ever.” And if they can steal one thing, what’s another...?

Now I laugh at them, at their unashamed, pathetic petty thievery, which they only got away with, by bullying, by acting in blatant conflict of interests, by acting so dishonourably and by having a lackey SOE. I mean honesty, which other world Leader, do we know of, who STEALS another political party’s name for himself?
