Truth now emerging about FNU Saga link
26/1/2015 12:50:11 pm

Ganesh and his team may have taken power overboard, but the truth about regimes heavy hand approach in FNU Saga is now being revealed. Aiyaaz couldn't stand resistance to his decisions. Those that Ganesh refused to bend for. Now he can do what ever he likes, whether it is appointing coup supporters as academics, business houses to buy land owned by FNU, allowing overseas connections to control whole schools etc. FNU is just the beginning.

Point taken. But what made Ganesh Chand and Reddy break all norms of governance and management that they ran riot at FNU? What made the duo embark on bully and assault on staff? What made them discriminate on recruitment and promotion ? What made them put academic quality and integrity on the back burner ?

How much did Aiarse or Bainimarama contribute to that?

From the aftermath does it demonstrate that Ganesh Chand and Reddy possess what it takes to be leaders of an academic institution?

Teaching Treason!! Very well said Victor - What else would this (Major) Tyrant be capable of Teaching ?

Lawyers Like Ana and Aiyaz should be STRIPPED of their Decrees. They have just brought extreme disrepute to this esteemed profession.

New VC's. Word from friends @ FNU is that New VC is a much bigger regime sucker than Ganesh. He was supposed to bring positive changes but his actions so far is taking the university backwards. Staff morale is at all time low.

This does not come as a surprise at fnu. There is rife nepotism and corruption. Kunal Prasad was appointed Hr officer with no formal qualifications in hr or management but with accounting and economics degree from usp. Potential candidates with hr qualifications were deprived off the opportunity. Its whom u know...is what happens at fnu....relevant qualifications dont mean anything. .

Ana Rokomokoti.....just a reminder for you as you begin your very 1st lecture at FNU.This is President Obama Cairo address...
the ability to speak your own mind and have a say in how you are governed, confidence in the Rule of Law and equal adminstration of Justice: Government that is transparent and doesn't steal from people;the Freedom to live as you choose..."

Ana remember the Vanua has eyes, ears and a mouth to swallow you and lastly use authority to guide and accomplish"what fits" rather than force compliance through the tyrrany of power.

What a dictatorship brings out in an otherwise decent person can leave you speechless and amazed. People sensing the powers they posses, just can go nuts with extreme arrogance, and are so deceived like they own the present and the future. All results of coups..nothing good in it for the country ever!

CHOR Khaiyum registered FijiFirst.com during the currency of the PER. His actions were contrary to the PER but since Khaiyum was the drafter of the Decree PER, he considered himself above his own Decree (of disgrace) - applicable to others but not to His Highness, himself. Who could stop him??

CHOR Khaiyum’s worst and more grievous CRIME was in DESTROYING the official records pertaining to the ‘Certificate of Registration’ of the original Fiji First Party. CHOR Khaiyum had no business destroying Official Records of the Fiji Government – Those were ‘historical records’ to be respectfully Archived.

Khaiyum had CHORI on his mind and CHORI he did – with Impunity. Who could stop him??

But a CHOR is a CHOR.

CHOR Khaiyum and CHOR Bainimarama are already etched in our history as ‘pitiable’ ‘Intellectual Property Thieves’ (Chors) - Does anyone deny That?? - including the CHORS themselves!

What is the Status of Fiji Law Society ?

Is it now Free and Independent? And if so have they suspended Ana's membership from the Society irrevocably and permanently ?

How many times had Ana appeared in front of a Judge (proper) before her appointment as the Regime Chief Registrar, High Court of Fiji – Zero times.

Every single law suit needed Ana’s prior approval before being filed by the Registry staff. Ana would sit on applications, Hitler style, for weeks/months on end – not having a clue and too arrogant to ask, of the ‘civilian’ Court procedures and/or the legal decorum surrounding them. She was variously seen shouting and yelling (going berserk) at the Registry staff and as well as the law clerks and lawyers who were there on business. Hollow drums, you see, make loudest noise.

Ana was a Major, Major Disaster at the High Court Registry. And God knows where she was sojourning in the mean whilst prior to her, now resurfacing at the FNU. Ana knows little so she has little to teach.

Ana has appeared more times in court than the ag kaiyum.
She was once very lucky with the help of that pompous ass of a judge in stopping bainimarama being exposed in the army's internal investigation (BOI) following the 2000 coup when the court of appeal refused to make public that report....because the pompous ass said the report was not relevant...would u believe it...so judicial problems existed before bainis time as well cos of corrupt judges who advised coup makers....

Sorry but which pompous judge? They were all pompous (that comes with the territory?, though not all had stained hands). Probably had something to do with their elevated seats, looking down their long, dignified beaks at us, mere mortals with clay feet.

A lot has happened and continues to happen at FNU, albeit mostly negative news and multiple corrupt practices revealed. Instead of recruiting this Major that was in the forefront of the last 2 coups as lecturer in Law, the 'new' FNU should have hired her as legal aid to investigate and produce these corrupt lot in Court. It will be nice to see them ALL in court, including the 'aide'. By the way, is our Courts functioning, or just the arm dealing with drug busts? all these corrupt guys are getting away with golden handshakes and enjoying it all; the joys of rubbing shoulders with the corrupt sure pays dividends in our current Fiji.....but this beloved Land has Eyes and Teeth and there will come a time when it will react!!!

what is Ana rokomokoti teaching in FNU, all her notes are from google,,shes never prepared for her class,,can really tell of an unprepared, and undecided lecturer. One in particular is her giving second chance to senior students caught coping,by giving them another paper,,while denying the others, who never copied ,,justice...i had to be welcomed to her world.
