Truck terrorist Mohamed Lahouaiej Bouhlel beat his wife and never went to the mosque, a cousin of his estranged wife told MailOnline. The father-of-three was branded an 'unlikely jihadist' by the cousin who revealed he also ate pork, drank alcohol and took drugs, all of which are prohibited by Islam. The cousin insisted that Bouhlel 'was not a Muslim, he was a s***'. Detectives had raided the 12th floor apartment he had shared with his estranged wife in the early hours of the morning, and his wife was taken into protective custody. WARNING GRAPHIC CONTENT:

The Bastille Day truck terrorist who drove through and mowed down and killed over 80 people, including children, who had gathered to mark the French Revolution which proclaimed Liberty, Equality and Fraternity for humanity and injured and maimed hundreds of others represents the dark side of humanity - the scumbags, the scoundrels, the intellectual and moral low lifes . They will always be in our midst. And, they are not exclusive to a perverse interpretation of Islam. These human Neanderthals come from all religions and political ideology.

Don't be so naive Rajen, non voilent Muslims do not discount violent Islam. Why drag all the religions unfairly into this. Here are some facts for the month of July. Duroc that period not a single attack by non Muslims. Chew over it:

Just horrific. And to think how a simple delivery truck was turned into a weapon for maximum impact. How on earth did the police allow the driver to park there for 9 hours when he said he was on icecream "delivery" plus as I understand the delivery truck did not even have a refrigeration unit. And no one noticed?

Mr . Clueless.. as the name suggests. Did you take into account the bombings that America did or Russia or massacre of Palestinians by Israel? Don't be a bloody racist and single out only one particular religion.

Dr Peter Chen senior lecturer in Australian politics, public policy and media at Sydney University drew from colonial history and contemporary politics and the engagement of foreign forces in the major war theatres around the world to articulate this broader perspective and context ( see Abc drum 15/7 ' At what point is it OK to blame religion? ).

Why drag in all the other religions, Clueless wants to know. It's called having a proper perspective on things/ events - something that Clueless clearly does not have.

Simply stating that Islam does not have to do anything with these violent acts is not a constructive; it is just a way to avoid tackling the problem. there exist some parts in the religion of Islam that gives social, political, religious, and cultural legitimacy to violence. Otherwise these Islamist groups would not have flourished. Islam can provide a powerful language and Islam can provide a powerful language and tool to commit the worst crimes, while at the same time the perpetrators of those attacks feel blessed, privileged, rewarded and on the winning side.tool to commit the worst crimes, while at the same time the perpetrators of those attacks feel blessed, privileged, rewarded and on the winning side. By killing kafirs they please Allah, all sins are forgiven and achieve, Jannat or paradise with 72 virgins in heaven.
