FIJILEAKS: Speak out against your own IMMUNITY which is protecting the killers of bank robber Viliame Soko - your ISIS type Immunity declares: "Any offences committed by military or police between 2006 and the first sititng of Parliament in 2014 can qualify for immunity."

"Any offences committed by military or police between 2006 and the first seat of Parliament last year can qualify for immunity. Some of these offences are within the remit of immunity. But any sexual offence is outside of immunity. That is the reason why the DPP has decided to charge these people for sexual assault. And not for manslaughter." - The former Police Commissioner Ben Groenewald was commenting on why the manslaughter charge was dropped and replaced with sexual  charge

VILIKESA SOKO ASSAILANTS TO BE CHARGED: "The Director of Public Prosecutions Mr Christopher Pryde (DPP) has decided to charge 8 police officers and 1 military officer in relation to the death of Vilikesa Soko which occurred whilst he was held in police custody in August 2014. Manasa Talala, Seruvi Caqusau, Kelevi Sewatu, Penaia Drauna, Filise Vere, Viliame Vereivalu, Jona Davonu, Pita Matairavula and Senitiki Natakasavu are to be jointly charged with the Manslaughter of Vilikesa Soko and with Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm to Senijieli Boila. The DPP has also decided to charge these same men with an alternative count of rape in regards to Vilikesa Soko. In addition, Manasa Talala and Viliame Vereivalu are also to be charged with Perverting the Course of Justice by instructing other police officers to make false statements in regard to this investigation...This case reinforces the commitment of the State to bring to justice any person who thinks that their position places them above the due process of the law." - The charges have been dropped and replaced with alternative count of rape because of Khaiyum's IMMUNITY CLAUSE in his 2013 Constitution of Fiji

Vilikesa Soko was arrested  in connection with a robbery from a foreign exchange store in Nadi. He later died in hospital. An autopsy revealed massive internal injuries and trauma consistent with previous alleged police assaults. He was not challenging the two dictators - Bainimarama and Khaiyum's iron-fist rule following 5 December, 2006 treasonous coup! Fijileaks had obtained and published the post-mortem report, below:

It's too late to complain now. The people of Fiji now have no choice but to suffer in shame that they allowed a mediocre lawyer and a morally bankrupt man like Aiyaz Sayed Khaiyum to manipulate and manueuver to become Acting Prime Minister of Fiji. It's just TOOMUCH the shame!

Did ISIS copy cat Khaiyum style Sharia Law in Fiji?

Pita Driti deserved immunity under the decree for the crime he did not commit, but comparable to acute pre-determined assault similar to Sharia Law and be exempted from being charged is tantamount to corruption and self dealings. Lack of action in itself is a criminal act.

Therefore those engaged in charging Driti, the DPP and Register of Court must be charged for abuse of office, as the courts have turned away other writs purporting these illegal decrees.

One is led to wonder about how the perpetration of sexual violence including rape was omitted from the immunity provision. Surely, for many victims of rape the possibility of infection with hiv/AIDS is tantamount to murder or manslaughter? Living with the memory of violation through rape for the remainder of life is a 'murderous' imposition. The imposition of immunity by decree is tantamount to ethical and moral rape of an entire population. Who would morally feel justified in contributing to such a device? The murderous rampage of ISIL/Daesh serves to brutally highlight these fundamental questions impinging as they do on the paramountcy of Duty to Protect in all circumstances and at all times.

The 2013 Constitution of Fiji is not only FRAUD as Constitutions go but is smeared with blood - and is hence a Bad Omen Constitution (as Constitutions go).

It is this bad omen bloody Constitution which saw our beloved AG temporary possessed, in our Parliament, by a demon -when he behaved like Baboon.

It is incumbent upon us to stand up and speak out against a wrongdoer or wrong doing even when it's from one's own party, in fact we should speak out more when that's the case, right Aiyaz Kaiyum?

And whilst the AG Monkey had all the attention center-stage, the Monkey Minister of Education too has (under)Performed.

Our education system is in total shambles. [www.fijitimes.com/story.aspx?id=330496]

The Year 6 external exam results basically convey nothing about the students’ capability, standard, caliber or potential. Indeed, the results are so off the mark (unreal) that Minister Reddy has asked schools not to use these results for annual prize-giving ceremonies.

The Year 6 exams were a total waste of our national resources on the part of the Ministry, the teachers and school committees. I feel sorry for these 11/12 year old students. I can only imagine their distress, disappointment and disillusionment – all that energy and effort –down the drain.

In an equally dismal performance as the Monkey act, Minister Reddy thus explained:- "There are cases of zero so what we want to know is did the student sit for their exams, what is the student's background? What is their annual mark? What is the issue? There are students who may have appeared in the exams but there is no mark."

O’ Come-on Minister, Time for some straight talk please!
