Fijileaks: Reddy has made many similar appointments (see letter below). Another one is at Jai Narayan College where someone named Krishna Pillay has been appointed from 5d to 1d level jumping 7 steps

Corruption in High Places
We learn from the BBC Asia article ' Malaysia prosecutor clears PMNajib Razak of corruption ' (27/01) that attorney General Mohamed Apandi Ali said the $681m that Mr Najib received in his bank account was a " personal donation " from the Royal family in Saudi Arabia.
Some Malaysians have pointed to the fact that the new attorney general is a recent appointment - replaced after Mr Najib kicked his predeccor out over this very same drama.
The scandal has cast an ugly shadow over Mr Najib's seven year leadership.
Opposition members have criticised the prosecutor's decision.
Lim Kit Siang, parliamentary leader of Malaysia's main opposition party, Democratic Action, told the BBC it came as " a great surprise... That the attorney general can exonerate the prime minister for the $680m scandal"
He said " Nobody would give that donation for nothing " and the attorney general had to provide more evidence to justify his decision.
Transparency International said several questions remain : " where did it ( the money ) go and why was this personal donation made?".
When dubious donations are made to political leaders and the ruling political party thinking people raise questions about them.
Why are the donations made?
What do the donors expect in return from those in Power?
These questions are as relevant in post coup Fiji as they are in Malaysia.

Allen Lockington tells us ( Fiji Times 27/01 ) that it " just amazes " him that businesspeople do all they can - even break the law - to reach their profit maximisation goal.
He tells us further that " many have gotten away " and have "prospered from illegal activities".
If Allen cares to look he will find the business people are not the only ones who have gotten away with their illegal activities and " have thrived and prospered " in Fiji .
Some of those in power have prospered via the same route. We castigate one and venerate the other.

On the nail Rajend. Allen is no body retired customs guys. Anyone who points fingers need to realize the 3 are pointing your way. Generalization is common , getting down to facts is a myth ? which means people believe in bullshit more that actual facts.
