As we revealed last November, among the scores of FICAC files leaked to Fijileaks from inside FICAC, the T F Jan files implicate Timoci Natuva and Frank Bainimarama in the ROAD SCAM

FICAC SUSPECT MISSING: Among the principal suspects in 2012 was Atunaisa Nayago, Director, Fiji Roads Authority, who is no longer up there with ex-FRA workers in court; instead, in December 2014, he became one of the Fiji-based shareholders of MWH Fiji!

Fijileaks to FICAC: It is time to put Timoci Natuva on the list with other prohibited persons from FLEEING FIJI, for Fijileaks will be revealing the contents of the FICAC file findings on
Immigration and Defence Minister Timoci Natuva

FUGITIVE? Timoci Natuva applied and got elected on a FFP ticket into Parliament. But NO ONE MUST BE ABOVE THE LAW

Fijileaks: FICAC was quick to act against T F Jan Bulldozing Contractors on the complaints of New Zealander Brian Sharplin of MWH Global and YET sat on the complaints of Andrew Moti Singh against FNU, Ganesh Chand, Narendra Prasad, Mahendra Reddy and other FNU Council Members until Fijileaks began disclosing Singh's litany of allegations to FICAC; to date Filipe Bole, Reddy and others are still at large and Ganesh Chand is yet to be charged with further FOUR criminal offences

And just look at the DOUBLE STANDARD:
This NLTB employee taken to court by FICAC in handcuffs

BUT FNU's former Vice-Chancellor Ganesh Chand, the FFP Election Manifesto author, with NO handcuffs and all SMILES!

Has anyone really observed tomoci natuva's face??

If you really have, then one thing stands out - that the word corruption is written all over his forehead.

How can such a scum of the earth be ever be in parliament is something which beggars belief.

One wonders why none of FF supporters and MPs and Aiyaaz and Baini have never been questioned by FICAC to date. We all know it was set up by Aiyaaz to silence the regimes threats. Or like many is FICAC "hand in gloves" with FF criminals. Should FICAC lawyer Rashmini Aslam have some answers. Wonder when Aiyaaz, Baini, Praveen, Natuva ...oh the list is so long. When will truth and
transparency really prevail. If not FICAC should change its name or
shut the shop.

Thanks Fijileaks for exposing Berlin Kafoa. As you put very aptly, definitely he plays 2 balls. Given that the FRU in the past was handicapped with financial mismanagement, FRU top brass must IMMEDIATELY audit Kafoa's credit cards with them and all of his
expense claims.

As a former FNU accounts employee it was I who blew his cover that he was rorting his fnu credit card - in one case I found that about $15k he spent was his personal and not FNU related at all, despite his protest.. In reviewing one of his expense claims, he claimed paying taxi fare of some $5000 for a trip around Viti Levu when the amount was only $1500 and the taxi driver was a close member of his family who issued a faxed receipt for the $5000. FNU should have referred the matter to police but following the charging of Mr Ganesh Chand, I now understand why FNU did not
take such action. So in the end there is only one victim - the poor students and the taxpayers.

Natuva is riddled with corrupt practices. His once-upon-a-sidekick propagandist and former Bainimarama cheerleader Sainiana Radrodro knows this well as she would also take around his begging bowl on his behalf and have access to businesses with an implicit pressure point.

Now Radrodro has a FICAC allegation hanging over her head as well but hey at least if Natuva & Co can purchase multitude copies of her life story, he shows he still has a heart.. whatever that means.

Dear Editor,
the level of corruption in FRA does not only stop here but has been taken to the highest level by this goverement for example the Nadi road widening project is going to cost the tax payers a whopping $ 99.5 Million to complete a six kilometer road between the Nadi Airport to Wailoloa. Initially when the contract was let out it in the October last year it was to the sum of $65.9 million meaning a variation of $ 33.6M has been awarded on the contract by FRA. FRA to date has not explained to the tax payer the need to award such a large sum of variation on the contract and were proper procedures followed when awarding the huge variation, Were all departments including the ministry of Finance consulted prior to award of a huge variation. FRA did not call for separate tenders for the additional $33.6M work which they should have. Neil Cook and Zaina should be scaked for causing a lose to the tax payers on contract.
The oppostion house needs to seriously look into the affairs of FRA and seek answers from the goverement on this.

Every one was given a choice at the polling booth to kick these thugs out. What did people do? Vote them in to form a farce democratic govt that loves filling only their pockets, further taking loans from Chinese and opening up every single Middle Eastern embassy here. One wonders just how dumb People of Fiji have become.

Is this road corruption what Bainimarama always called the 'roadmap' or the charter? I am a bit confused.

What choice??

Its a nonsense for commenters to assert that "the people of Fiji were given a choice"!!!

In reality they were given 2 options - freebies and choosing someone lest corrupt then the FFP.

Human nature being what it is, most chose FFP in return of freebies and the promise of much more when bai-kai would come into power.
This is not a real choice. Rather a clear process to dupe the voters and instil fear that if they voted the NFP or SODELPA, then bai will seize power by force. So either way, voters were doomed, as was the so called independent foreign observer group.

Just wonder that if it were not for Fijileaks and Victor Lal we the people of Fiji will never know about the widespread corruption and fraud committed by Bainimarama and all of his corrupt members of parliament.

Give Fijileaks full credit for the superb job its doing.
