"For now Hon. Aseri is our best man in PAC unless Tom's intention is to remove him as MP to allow the next candidate. Tom, do you want Hon. Aseri to be removed as MP?" - Mosese Bulitavu to Tomasi Vakatora

An e-mail dated 15 May 2016 from Bulitavu to Vakatora reveal the on-going spat over NFP leader Biman Prasad's removal as PAC chairman. Bulitavu to Vakatora:

* Tom, we all know that AG twists things to fit his agenda.
* Why rely on his statement?
* We all know that he has misled public many times and why we use his statement as evidence to investigate Hon. Aseri.
* It will be silly that Sodelpa will use its enemy statement to trial a comrade. Politicaly FF will be laughing that they have influenced/forced Sodelpa to react.
* I hope Tom will reconsider his stand and weigh the effects of what will manifest. As said earlier that both AG and Hon. Biman are not Sodelpa members.
* Even the Leader of Opposition agrees that Hon. Biman "e tamata rere" which means that he was evading the more serious allegations cited by the Auditor General's Report.
* Our focus now must be how to influence PAC under the new Chair. The issue of the old chair is now split milk. The amendments to the Standing Orders was voted in the house and Hon. Aseri voted against the motion.
* Let caucus deal with this matter and the party will be advised accordingly.
* For now Hon. Aseri is our best man in PAC unless Tom's intention is to remove him as MP to allow the next candidate. Tom, do you want Hon. Aseri to be removed as MP?

I would suggest Tomasi Vakatora answer Mosese Bulitavu with just two points. First, if the AG was lying to Parliament why didn't Aseri Radrodro raise a point of order in the House when AG made the statement but Radrodro kept silent. A statement undenied can only mean the truth.
Second, Bulitavu telling Vakatora not to stir the pot. Tom Vakatora need only quote Fiji 7s coach, Ben Ryan in his statement to Australian media in London a few days ago: "the standard you walk past is the standard you become."
Party principles should be bigger than any individual as Tomasi Vskatora rightly points out otherwise you will become like the very enemy you're fighting

With these old politicians continuing to take their shots at each other, its makes me wonder if they've ever considered retirement since nothing new or productive seems to be coming out of them but the same old tune..

More new blood, the better in the next elections although its quite unlikely when Frankie and AK-47 are currently running the show.

Well said Bahuki! Biman should be the first one to retire. He has already done more bad than good.

Pita.....those minutes of that meeting are from the Business Committee meeting which has exclusively the heads of the Parties only eg Bainimarama, Khaiyum, Ro Kepa, Isoa Tikoca, Biman, Tupou.

Aseri Radrodro is not a member of that COMMITTEE! So he could not have raised a point of order for crying out liud! Its not a parliament siting but a meeting that scrutinises and agrees for agendas to be brought before the next Parliament sitting.

If Radrodro was there do you think he would have allowed Khaiyum to get away with those comments???? seriously I laugh! Plis watch more TV when parliament is sitting to see how Radrodro usually takes on the big ASK in Parliament. That might actually make you cheer.

We have not approved your comment for it contains "graffiti" references which Bulitavu has denied and the issue is now before the courts
Thanks

Biman,Tom, Mick, Pita and others who do believe in ASK should join him at the 2018 election (if it happen)? We are not stupid to believe in AG's statements, comments and just have to see what he had and has been doing todate with all that Ministries under him? From day 1 to now and will continue to be worse. Please leave Aseri alone who knows better than AG in many ways.Just stay focus on AG's snakey ways to manipulate Fiji in our immediate fronts the Landowners? One Day-----!

Biman is a showman. Let's see if he has the guts to survive the cut and thrust of politics or whether he is a quitter. Is he in it for the glamour or is he the real thing? Only time will tell.
