The cartoons capture it all - the rot in Bai- Kai regime and the rotten people who prop it. I salute the cartoonist for his telling caricatures and satirical story telling.

Absolutely Chiku.

These cartoons never fail to amuse - it is so telling our our times - and history books of the future, hopefully comes illustrated by these colorful brilliance.

Our favorite, off-course, is the one with the little blue bus depicting the the "Fiji First Naam Chori Story."

We salute the T4F Cartoonist - and wishing him/her a very Merry Christmas.

Even me, sometimes I get the whole picture just by looking at the Cartoons.

Thanks so much, you (T4F) talented Cartoonist - for your dedicated service to your country.

Editor,
Adam Gartrell, a national political correspondent tells us in his insightful article ' Bishop, Abbot, Trump and the Politics of delusion ' ( The Age 12/12 ) that " politicians aren't just good at lying to us - they're good at lying to themselves too "... " Post- coup ( he is referring to the party coup that removed Abbot from power ), he's deluded himself into believing he was undone by scheming rather than his own dismal performance "... Adam continues " As the quote suggests, human beings have a deep seated talent for self- deception : the ability to ignore, deny and rationalise away information and logic that challenges our perceptions and convictions...Even in the enlightened, information drenched age people still choose comfortable lies over cruel truths. And just as politicians are skilled at garden variety deception - the lies and half- truths and spin they peddle to the rest of us on a daily basis - it seems like they're pretty bloody good at self- deception too..."
Adam goes on to provided several examples to illustrate his point.
But followers of Fijileaks and Fiji politics do not require any foreign examples of politicians engaged in the deception and self- deception enterprise. They have many good local examples - master craftsman in that enterprise : the Politics of Delusion.
Sincerely,
Rajend Naidu

These Cartoons are Magic.

The one of the Librarian pointing to the Fiction section for the Fiji Sun is hilarious and says a lot about the sad, sorry state of our Press and our 'freedom of expression'.

It is for that reason, in this festive season, we must also pause to celebrate and salute the great work of the alternative Blog media like Fijileaks and C4.5 and T4F and the work of great artists like T4F. Well done and keep up the excellent work.

Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas!
