NFP President and Leader visit to the native Fijian community in Santa Rosa, California

But watch this video where the INDO-FIJIAN host didn't even know who PIO TIKODUADUA was and was referring to NFP as Fiji National Party...IDIOT!!!!!! NFP leader had to step in and save the humiliation by handing the host a business card bearing Tikoduadua's name and title!!!

When a short time after the Bainimarama military takeover some people started to claim the Bainimarama coup was actually a Muslim coup I dismissed the claim as anti-Muslim prejudice. But over time the special standing of the Muslims manifested in their appointment to high posts disproportionate to their population size in Fiji has led me to believe there might be some merit in the Muslim coup claim.
The staunch backing of overseas Muslims makes one wonder whether there indeed was a Muslim connection in the Bainimarama coup.
Or, is that only because Muslims like Nazhat Shameem, Aiyaz Khaiyum, Mohammed Saneem to name just a few hold such key positions in the Bainimarama government ?
What kind of money has come Bainimarama's way through the Muslim conduit, local and foreign?

Agree Samjoe. The game started bearing fruits once mohammed aziz managed to get pita driti into jail. kaiyum saw the opportunity to do likewise to anyone that threaten his authority. Those that are in Fiji are prosecuted. Those overseas are blacklisted. reddy case is a good example of muslim mafia ganging up and removing someone kaiyum considers threat. payback time will come but unfortunately, all Indo-Fijians will have to pay for the actions of kaiyum. The sooner we leave kaiyum side, the better for us and the well being of Fiji.

Meanwhile your brother in law, Asslam Khan got fired from Fiji Airways. That pretty much sums up the impending implosion within the Muslim power grabbers. It's either Aiyaz or Nazhat Shameem that will remain in power this time next year.
My money is on Aiyaz remaining and Nazhat getting another posting ,this time in deep dark Africa for the next 20 years.

"Follow the money"! At the end of the day in Fiji or USA that is all it is about: Filthy Lucre. It has never truly concerned race, status, intelligent ideas for human progress. Whose ambition driven by religious fervor is most fundamental towards delivering power through corrupt, selfish, narrow means and process? The evidence is plain though it has taken more than a decade to fully reveal itself. The prognosis is poor given the clip on the IndoFijian MC and his narcissistic, ignorant manner interviewing the NFP President. A more moronic and superficial grasp of who he was supposed to be introducing would be hard to imagine. Scant recognition about the bold stance taken by Mr Pio Tikoduadua and the moral courage it necessitated? This suggests all we need to know about why Fiji is mired in a profound mess mostly of its own making. It will take great energy, continual striving and transparent humility of soul to extricate the country from this malaise. Sacrifices will be required and life-changing decisions demanded. "This is no Dress Rehearsal"! God Bless them!

Wonder what happened to that fellow, Sylvedter Joseph, who used to be Bai's go to man in Canada? Then there was that Dr Netani Gucake who was jailed for sexual assault in Australia during his student days there. They seemed to have dropped from the limelight and Muslims in Canada are now in the forefront.

People who know Sylvester Joseph know he is a con man. That's why he joined the Bainimarama bandwagon. Wonder what kind of money he made whilst he was " Bai's go to man in Canada"?

Whotta a Host!! 30 years Fiji-Canadian is more Canadian than the most.

Poor Pio, the only significant point he was able to make was his DOUBT about the credibility of the upcoming 2018 Elections - being ‘free and fair’. Pio needed probing, for he had just started and there is no-one else than him, who knows more about the ‘credibility’ of the 2014 Elections - Especially him being elected and all and later dejected/rejected/disposed.

SO, Mr. Pio, the National Party President, how did the RIGGING really happen?????

Not only that, Pio was part of the cabal STEALING the Chor Party Name. Where was Pio’s ethics and morality then??, regarding IP rights and plagiarisms – forget about asking Pio human rights violations questions, he was complicit in - with impunity??? Coupist are forking Coupist!!!!

NFP has become the ''sanctuary camp' for the ‘coupists’ arse-lickers, apologists and rejects – like Pio and Robin (not Hood – which is the reserved name for ‘daaku’).

I actually beg to differ on the Muslim issue. The coup happened because Bai was trying to avoid jail time as the police were closing in on him because of atrocities committed during the 2000 coups in which he as commander was responsible. ASK is someone i have known for many decades and he has always been a power hungry arrogant sociopath. He was approached to take up a position which no other lawyer wanted to take. Since he was not much of a lawyer anyway he took the position and along the way realized that this was the one chance to actualize his self perceived greatness. For as long as as i have known him i never considered him to be a smart individual conceited yes, cunning yes but not smart hence the state of Fiji today. He got rid of anyone close to Bai i.e. Chaudhry, Driti etc and made sure that his dumb as rocks bulldog BAI only had him left which made him almost indispensable.
In any dictatorship all over the world if one cares to study these things there will always be people who will sell their souls to the devil and just like the Ranigas, and the Tappos and the Punjas who are Hindu's and have benefited immensely from this coup and the FFP there are some people of the Muslim faith who have benefited as well. They do this in their capacity as greedy selfish and money worshiping human beings rather than in the capacity of followers of a certain faith. NOTE ISLAM IS A BELIEF SYSTEM A STUPID ONE AT THAT BUT IT IS JUST THAT. IT IS NOT A RACE. ALL FIJI MUSLIMS ARE INDIANS PERIOD.

There is a saying that small minds look at humanity based on its beliefs. At the core of things humans are humans some bad others average and some good. We are a self destructive species, fallible and imperfect no matter which faith or religions BS one follows. Fiji needs to do away with this division on religious lines as it is a very dangerous road to follow. We must vote for the party that offers the most sensible and long term solutions to Fiji's problems. In my opinion that is NFP. They are not perfect by any measure but are far far better than the rest.
I think a lot of people are now seeing them as the most serious threat to FFP rather than SODELPA.

You make good sense with what you say but there is no denying the Muslim coup connection as backers and beneficiaries. Perception is reality. And the reality of the Muslim link cannot be glossed over. Of course there are other greedy, crooked scoundrels from other ethnic groups who have benefited from Bainimarama's coup BUT the Muslims have a special standing in comparision to their population makeup.

Saying the Muslim connection has no bearing in the Fiji situation is like Trump saying race has nothing to do with the shits that happening in Amerika.

I agree with the issue of Pio and Robin. I can perhaps accept and reconcile with Pio. I cannot accept Robins influence on the party. Here is my reasoning. Pio like many others including yours truly naively accepted the premise that the 2006 coup was an anti coup somewhat. Most of us bought into the lie that this was a coup to make Fiji better and to escape the so called tyranny of the racial policies being brought on by Qarase. A lot of us bought this and hence gave FF a license to shove a stick up our back sides in 2014.
Pio like other Military officers like Driti and Mara also thought that they were doing this for the right reason. He is a Fiji citizen and i am sure that after seeing the "light" he wants to do right by what his done wrong. I can live with that and as a spiritual being i am not going to hold him to account for making a very human mistake. I believe he is sincere in his attempt to repent and free Fiji again. Their is always wisdom in age old sayings and the one that says that 2 wrongs do not make a right is spot on. On hindsight this saying applies to all of us who thought Bai's coup was better than the other 3. Wrong is wrong. Robin on the other hand is an Australian Citizen. Him and others like him folks like Abdul Khan and others are simply leaches. They will sell their mother to the highest bidder. They have no loyalty to this country and are like Ameba's with no backbone or ideals. Folks like Robin came to Fiji to ride the Gravy train when no one would employ them in their new home countries. Biman must not allow him to be associated with the party. To samjoe i agree that there seems to be a lot of prominent positions handed out to Muslims particurlay

Good analysis, Alibaba. Go along with that! Never, never overlook that atrocities have taken place. There is no statute of limitations on these acts. There have been occasions when those who have eyewitness evidence have ensured it will remain as their legacy to Fiji and its future. This legacy is sacred and must never be erased from our memory nor recollection. If the spectre of Augusto Pinochet stalks the Land, it is up to us to exorcise it. Ojala lo cumpliremos!

Its a no-brainer that any party travelling to North America that isn't FlipFlop Party itself is going to be praised for obvious reasons.

But that teeny weeny mistake by that announcer involving NFP is quite hilarious though.
