It is good to hear tough talk by the Coalition. However can we try to understand item 9 as to how and on what basis the Ghai Review gains legitamacy following Girmit Centre Refugee Camp's Chandrika Prasad case where it said the 1997 Constitution cannot be abbrogated?

Does the Coalition support Ghai Draft over and above of the living document ie 1997 Constitution?

Do the Coalition have legal mandate to support replacing the 1997 Constitution in favour of Ghai Submission only because they made submissions.

So they support abbrogation decree as being legal and not requiring a referundum. We must here from the group on this as voters must have full story and not half that suits their own agenda.

Fiji Times just informed us that Classified Section for Public notice, will not publish the UFDF flyer for the Thursday 5th September Meeting at FTA Hall, Knolly Street @ 5:30pm, in order for the invited Public to debate UFDF's analysis of the BKConstitution 2013.
Therefore, we have resorted to using other media networks to access the Public for this important democratic process to achieve our mission for mature debate.

when are these guys going to learn....only constitution is the 1997 one. they must support the removal of indigenous land rights protections, the lack of independence of the judiciary, the right of the army to interfere with the government, etc.
make up your minds you hopeless lot.
