Welcome Home you are right : there is nothing new in this undiplomatic posting.. When shit happens - as happened following the Bainimarama coup - shit flies flourish. This appointment of a roguish character to a high governmental post is consistent with the pattern of appointments since the coup - starting of course with the coup maker himself. Yes indeed, so what's new?
