COMING LATER: Who was the man in the dimly lit room whom Frank Bainimarama had introduced to his top military officers before the 2006 coup? Why was he hiding his face from the officers? And why IMMUNITY has been ring-fenced in the 2013 Constitution of Fiji to protect * The Lautoka based lawyer Faiz Khan is reportedly paid around $300,000 from the Board and Chairman positions (other than Fijian Holdings appointment) he holds, all appointed by Aiyaz Khaiyum; this apart from income derived from his law firm Faiz Khan Lawyers;

I work at FRCA and he does abuse his powers but because everyone knows that he is the AG's close friend, we cannot do anything about it but comply with his demands, he has and continues to do on many occasions asked us in the management team to disclose

Ltka Lawyer and FRCA, you can both help stop the abuse that associates, friends and relatives of AK and FB are conducting with impunity. You can tell us and we will expose it without disclosing your names. To do nothing about something that is wrong is to be complicit in the wrong doing. I appreciate the fear and the prospect of losing your jobs and the impact on your families, but we all have a responsibility to the rest of Fiji to expose the truth of wrong doing. You can send information to Fiji Leaks as you have done in this case or to me at [email protected], or to someone else you know and trust. But we must expose the ongoing abuse that everyone knows about, but are too afraid to speak about. But thank you for your comments in this matter, it will help to bring down the wrong doers in our fragmented and fearful society today.

Just to correct your reporting, Faiz Khan has already given himself a $50,000 increment.

There are clear violations by Faiz Khan in Topik Woods BUT the Financial Controller of Topik Woods is also the FC for the Fiji First Party and that is why he gets away with all the breaches and violations, as pay raises, by getting the accountants to do a report and say it is justified.

It's all about the power and money with Faiz Khan, his sister for many years never paid VAT or tax, when they had a law firm together up until a few years ago never paid any VAT or tax until it was pointed out, all penalties were waived, why not for others. Why does his family get special favours.

The personal favours granted by Fiaz Khan that benefits him is hugh in AFL, no one can raise a concern or issue because he says they do not know what they are talking about and being buddies with AG, that is why board members just keep quiet and agree with everything

He should be investigated on how he directed the DMU to release and discharge a charge by FRCA over a title for his mates company Vimal Construction without any payment and clearance of the tax debt as Faiz Khan own law firm company was doing the transfer papers to sell his mates property to another company.

Look into his fathers company and FSC FEROZ KHAN TRANSPORT gets all or most of FSC contracts and AIYUB KHAN AJYNK gets all the contracts with AFL and Tropik Pine
