Below are the allegations:
"Also, Pal hired Walter Fraser as Chief Operations Officer at USP (a new position which is not provided in the university charter) to slowly take over the role of Deputy VCs Pal wants to remove.
**Fraser, a USP graduate, was an administrator at USP and was sent to University of Auckland in the 1990s to do his MA which he failed and ended up with a postgrad certificate instead. He later became USP’s registrar but students and staff protested against him because of his toxic, vicious, divisive and horrible personality and style. 
*After being pushed out, he went to Auckland University and AUT University and in both cases, he was so unpopular that he was being forced out and Pal re-employed him at USP and they are now both based in Samoa.
* Fraser started hiring his old friends, including his girlfriend, who is now Director for Human Resources, although she’s over 65, the retirement age. Fraser is now Pal’s hitman, intimidating and micromanaging staff and now they also want him out. Some senior staff members are thinking of leaving because of the vicious mafia combo of Pal and Fraser.
