its March 15 poll about Bainimarama's proposed party - will they be
fined $50,000 or jailed for 5 years or BOTH?

The Political Parties Decree states that no one can hold out as a political party until the party is registered. This man has been campaigning and now announces a candidate
Will he be charged under Aiyaz Khaiyum's party decree?

Will Luveni be charged along with Bainimarama: "Like our prime minister had announced recently, he will be launching a political party in the next few weeks and once he announces that, I will definitely put in my expression of interest."

Will Khaiyum take Fiji Sun, Fijivillage News and his brother's FBC to court for violating his party decree?

"Media organisations must not report, represent or hold out an association of persons or an organisation that is not registered under the Decree to be a political party."

Fiji Sun breaches the above stated party decree by asking potential voters in its poll about Bainimarama's proposed party

JOY and despair grips opponents and supporters especially Aiyaz Khaiyum. Sources at Suva Private Hospital say he was their patient!

I recently read Jyoti Pratibha defending the regime's decrees and berating politicians who want to change the obnoxious ones

I suggest a new incoming Government (if it defeats Frank at the polls unless he has been convicted and to prison for violating party decree) should bring Fiji Sun, Fijivillage, FBC to court retrospectively for violating the decree.

Yes, Jyoti, lets keep the decrees so we can deal with the pansy likes of you and your shameless bosses at the Fiji Sun

For laughs - Careful, this AG fellow could end up charging "FijiLeaks" as well for posting above. Notice the Fiji Times has not published anything of the above today. After being heavily reprimanded and fined for past publications, am sure they're eagerly awaiting to see if the decrees/law applies to everyone.

Fijileaks is outside of Fiji's jurisdiction. No show there.

However, lets see how much balls do SODELPA, FLP have to put up a Civil Criminal case in Court under the decree against Fiji Sun and the Prime Minister for campaigning for his unregistered political party?

Show us that you still are pliticians to be reckoned with as Frank is no longer the Army Commander as the power of barrel of gun now lies with Brigadia Tikoitoga.

These politicians supported the illgal decrees so now they can also show us how credible they are. Ask Mahen to finance this as Hariana gave him $2m for those who were fighting for democracy at the time. He also collected more than $200k from NZ, Australia, USA and Canada for legal fee for legal expense for democracy.

Or will he hide these money and only make false political speak on accountability and transparency?

Come on Tupeni... you were the on who told us all on the eve of 2001 Elections that Chaudhry had $1m hidden away overseas that belonged to people of Fiji, so you can apply for funds to take up this private prosecution.
