Just trying to figure out how this Ms. Kirti Patel, a high school librarian in Lautoka and losing NFP candidate who got a "massive" 141 votes in the last elections got appointed into the Tertiary Scholarship and Loans Services (TSLS) Board of Directors, a couple of days ago.

Nothing personal against the lady bookworm but I'm just trying my darndest to decipher the board membership criteria here, in Biman Prasad's portfolio organizations.

i)
What experience or qualifications does Ms. Patel have apart from high school library books?
ii)
What was/is so special about this young lady who was earlier on picked by Biman and Richard to serve as a member of the Govt's Fiscal Review Committee?
iii)
Were there not any other NFP experienced and qualified professionals in the field to select from, Biman Prasad?
